​PROGRAMS

The goal of our local leadership programs is to create locality-focused leadership groups of local public officeholders and activists who are committed to their communities and to society at large. The programs are run together with the local authority and community leadership, and participants fill community leadership roles in the education system, formal and informal education networks, the welfare system, and in various institutions and organizations –​ all making a significant contribution to advancing their community a​nd its residents.

Mandel Program for Cultural Leadership in the Negev

This program aims to help cultural professionals, artists and activists to clarify their worldviews and develop practical ideas that will enable them to set a clear vision for improving the quality of life in the Negev

Mandel Program for Regional Leadership in Dimona, Arad, and the Eastern Negev

The goal of the program is to train a group of high-quality leaders who will work to significantly improve various areas of life for residents of the Dimona, Arad, and the Eastern Negev in general

Mandel Program for Senior Executive Leadership in the Negev

The program aims to create a cadre of senior executive leaders that will address the shared challenges of the Negev, serve as a beacon for the region, and effect change through connections between Mandel fellows and graduates in the Negev

Mandel Program for Medical Leadership for the Negev

The program aims to cultivate values-based medical leadership that will enhance the quality of healthcare and promote the future generation of healthcare personnel in the Negev

Since its establishment, the Mandel Center for Leadership in the Negev has run a variety of leadership programs in several localities in the Negev.
